For inquiries from legislators and staff, please contact oplr@utah.gov.

In your email, please include the following information:

• Name of the occupation or profession (e.g., Plumber)
• Name of the specific license (e.g., Journeyman Plumber) if applicable
• Relevant statute(s) or rule(s) (Plumber Licensing Act Rule, R156-55c )
• Request

OPLR will typically reply quickly with an estimate of the time required to respond. Inquiries requiring a significant time and capacity will be prioritized with the input of legislative leadership.
